Chandler-Gilbert has three campus locations to serve the educational needs of the East Valley: the Pecos Campus, the Williams Campus in partnership with ASU East, and the Sun Lakes Center.
Pecos Campus
The Pecos Campus of CGCC is located on Pecos Road between Cooper and Gilbert Roads in Chandler. The more than 242,000 square feet of facilities is home to numerous associate degree, university transfer, general studies, occupational, and special interest courses and programs.
Sun Lakes Center
The Sun Lakes Center of CGCC is located at the northeast corner of Alma School and Riggs roads in Sun Lakes. The Center offers a variety of credit and non-credit special interest courses, such as computer classes, and is designed to serve the lifelong learning needs of a large retirement population in the Southeast Valley.
Williams Campus
The Williams Campus of CGCC is located at Williams Gateway Airport on Power Road between Ray and Williams Field roads. Administrative offices are located at 7360 East Tahoe Avenue, and are easily accessible by taking the Ray Road extension east of Power Road. Chandler-Gilbert's Williams Campus is a fully comprehensive campus with over 135,000 square feet of facilities and is the only campus in the Maricopa Community Colleges system to offer on-campus student housing. In addition to an array of Associate degree and university transfer courses, CGCC offers specialized training in Aviation, Electric Utility Technology, Automated Manufacturing Systems, Nursing and Education. CGCC at the Williams Campus neighbors and partners with ASU at the Polytechnic Campus where both institutions operate facilities and programs for the benefit of the whole Williams Campus community including the unique Partnership in Baccalaureate Education.
